Our support continues long after installation. Choose from Bronze, Silver, or Gold maintenance tiers under Kuchen Care+, covering preventive maintenance, repairs, and priority response.
Our Warranty Commitment
Kuchen offers a warranty on our installations and equipment, ensuring peace of mind for our clients. We commit to correcting any issues related to our workmanship or materials within a specified duration, provided the stipulated protections are met.
Additionally, we recommend a final payment retention of 5% that will only be payable three months after the commissioning of the project, further reinforcing our dedication to quality and client satisfaction.
